Kornit Digital Announces the Opening of a Front-Service Marketing, Sales and Support Operation in the United States with the Appointment of Paul J Borucki as VP US Operations of Kornit Digital NA Inc.

Magshimim, IL - October 1st, 2007 - Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures and markets industrial digital high-speed inkjet printers, superior pigmented ink and unique chemistry solutions, today announced the opening of Kornit Digital North America Inc., a front-service marketing, sales and support operation in the United States.

In addition to overseeing all sales and marketing activities, Kornit Digital NA Inc. will provide full support services for North America customer base, including handling all deliveries of consumables and spare parts, and increase support to the distributors' service engineers and sales force while upholding permanent presence in the US.

With the opening of the US subsidiary, Kornit Digital Ltd. appointed Paul J Borucki to the position of VP US Operations of Kornit Digital North America Inc. Mr. Borucki carries vast experience in marketing positions within the digital printing industry including previous positions in SPS-I and Scitex Vision. In his new position at Kornit as VP US Operations, Mr. Borucki will act to expand Kornit's sales and service activities while assuring the optimum attention and maximum growth to Kornit's largest install-base.
