Economical Anti-Tracking For Large Press Units

Economical ‘No-Mark’® Starwheels are now available for large press formats 36 inches and up. They are custom built for the customer’s primary application, and make running any weight coated stock without ink tracking or marking easy. Installation takes only minutes, and can be done by the press operator.

‘No-Mark’® units have fully adjustable anti-tracking components suitable for virtually every printing application where troublesome ink marking and tracking might occur. Proprietary TEFCLEAN™ material used in two of the components is highly repellent to both oil and rubber base inks.

Besides the TEFCLEAN™components there are soft, natural bristle, free-spinning brush wheels for more demanding work. In addition, a deluxe version of the ‘No-Mark’®features full cylinder anti-tracking. It uses a semi-rigid SiliCLEAN™ Jacket that forms its own anti-marking cylinder in the press. All components, including the full cylinder, are interchangeable on the main No-Mark’ Starwheels.
