Statement for release from e-LYNXX Corporation

February 16, 2010

Officials at e-LYNXX Corporation have acknowledged that they are aware of the financial troubles of the owner of JDM Industries, Inc., which operates a nationwide GPO bid service, known as American Bid Services or ABSBIDS, in Florida.

JDM Industries is wholly owned by Jose Rodriguez of Miami, Florida, who filed for bankruptcy in the Southern District of Florida on December 9, 2009. This filing followed the loss of a lawsuit that Rodriguez and other senior managers of American Bid Services or ABSBIDS brought against e-LYNXX in Florida state court.  This lawsuit was summarily dismissed with prejudice on April 21, 2009, prior to trial, because the claims were without merit.  The Court then went further and awarded e-LYNXX $67,640.25 in attorneys’ fees and costs against Rodriguez and the other senior managers of ABSBIDS.

According to court documents, Rodriguez has liabilities totaling $142,126.32, including credit card or revolving credit debts in excess of $50,000, plus the e-LYNXX judgment of $67,640.52.  Offsetting these liabilities are total assets of $37,878.02, consisting solely of two vehicles, a motorcycle, a Rolex watch, some small miscellaneous computer and office equipment valued at $850, and other personal property.

In what may be a sign of future financial trouble for American Bid Services or ABSBIDS, Rodriguez gave a nominal value of $100 to his entire JDM stock, suggesting that JDM’s liabilities greatly exceed its assets.  JDM (ABSBIDS) is also facing legal liability in state court, where it has been sued for wrongfully interfering with business contracts.

"Because e-LYNXX is the largest government print management firm in the United States, we do not want the reputation of government print management services to be tarnished by the insolvency of any one company," said William Gindlesperger, chairman and chief executive officer of e-LYNXX. "Our Government Print Management division offers best-in-class services to print suppliers seeking to win work through the United States Government Printing Office.  While we have never been confused with ABSBIDS, we have gotten inquiries and we want our clients and other print suppliers to know that e-LYNXX is in no way affiliated with ABSBIDS."

According to its website, ABSBIDS was established in 2002 as an on-line distributor of government issued business opportunities and is based in Doral, Florida.
